RECOVERY SUMMARY Six peptide lots cleared release review with complete sterility, potency, and identity fields. The adverse-response field remained blank in all six while refill volume increased.

EXTRACTED DATA Source context: 2026-07-23 FDA advisory vote on continued compounding access for unapproved peptides. Review window sampled 2026-07-18 through 2026-07-26 from one fictional contract pharmacy network and two affiliated telehealth intake queues handling BPC-157 and KPV refill requests.

Cohort: 84 adult users, wearable-linked by consent token. Data capture: wrist PPG heart rate at 1-minute resolution, sleep onset latency from consumer wearables, refill request timestamps from dispensing software. Of 84 reviewed users, 77 returned ordinary values across the window. Observation window per user: 9 days.

Measured body values were stable at intake. Median resting heart rate moved from 68 bpm to 69 bpm across the cohort. Sleep onset latency rose from 21 min to 34 min in 7 of 84 users after refill interruption notices dated 2026-07-24. Four users submitted duplicate portal messages within 11 minutes; three of those four had no prior duplicate submissions in the preceding 90 days.

FORM 503C-PRV Release Review Extract Facility: Northlake Custom Sterile Batch class: peptide compound Review date: 2026-07-24

lot: B157-2407-A sterility: pass potency: 98.7% identity: confirmed adverse-response-summary:

lot: B157-2407-B sterility: pass potency: 101.1% identity: confirmed adverse-response-summary:

lot: KPV-2407-C sterility: pass potency: 99.4% identity: confirmed adverse-response-summary:

Six lots were listed in the extract. Three are reproduced in source order. In the full pull, all 6 of 6 lots carried a blank adverse-response-summary field; 5 of 6 moved to release status before the review packet was countersigned, and the packet header still shows status: pending. Error field: none.

Behavioral change was recorded at the role level. On 2026-07-25, one infusion-clinic scheduler stopped confirming next-week starts for peptide follow-up visits and moved 12 appointments to callback status. Daily callback queue: 3 before review, 14 after review, total listed in the queue export: 16.

Duty extension: pharmacovigilance coordinator +1 manual refill audit per shift, effective 2026-07-25 through 2026-08-08. Audit volume: 18 requests per shift.

On 2026-07-26, a fictional state compounding registry issued a 14-day provisional hold on new peptide enrollment from the sampled network while allowing existing dispenses to continue. During the first 36 hours of the hold, refill requests increased from 23 to 31. Wearable-linked users in that interval showed 5 additional delayed sleep onsets; reviewed users: 31, ordinary sleep values retained: 28.
